Embark on Your
Healing Journey
Darady began facilitating healing with Veterans at the VA in 2012 & expanded into private practice in 2020 with other trauma survivors. I'm thrilled to open my virtual doors wider to civilians & anyone carrying a heavy load (Yes, that includes you, overthinkers and perfectionists!)
EVIDENCED-BASED INTERVENTIONS
Darady draws from various modalities which may include Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), & Mindfulness. She specializes in addressing trauma (family of origin, attachment, racial discrimination, war, first responders), anxiety, depression, self-esteem, adjusting to life transitions, & aging/caregiving.
